Photos from Game 1 of the first round Santa Clara Baseball League series between #4 Neepawa Cubs and #1 Plumas Pirates Wednesday, July 11. Neepawa won the game 8-7 but Plumas bounced back Friday, July 13, winning 3-2, to tie the best-of-three series at 1-1.

Recreational facilitators from across Westman converged at Lions Riverbend Park last week to test out Neepawa's newly upgraded Disc Golf Course. Hosted by Neepawa's leisure services department, the course demonstration drew rec. directors and organizers from the communities of Reston/RM of Pipestone, Killarney, Virden and Brandon.
