Tim Hus, left, with the late, great Stompin' Tom Connors. Hus has been compared as “the next Stompin' Tom”.

The Gladstone District Community Centre is pleased to present Tim Hus on Friday, March 14 at 7:30  p.m. (doors open at 7 p.m.).

Tim Hus has a voice sweeter than a Husqvarna chainsaw, a wit that’s sharper than rusty barbed wire and a list of songs longer than a Saskatchewan fence line!

Hus comes at his audience like a runaway rig, while firing off image-laden lyrics with the intensity of a western gunslinger.

The Alberta-based singer with the black hat and the easygoing personality is a captivating and crowd-pleasing performer who easily draws listeners into the settings of his storytelling country and roots music.

Tim’s distinctive song writing and spirited performances by the members of his dynamic band stand as a cornerstone of authentic Canadiana.
