Former WWE megastar Chris Masters will headline CWE's next appearance in Neepawa, on Feb. 19.

Neepawa is one of five communities becoming a part of the Canadian Wrestling's Elite (CWE) five-year anniversary tour.

The Wininipeg-based wrestling promotion group is celebrating its fifth year of operations with a monumental five show tour across Manitoba Feb. 19-23!

Headlining the celebration tour will be former WWE mega star "The Masterpiece" Chris Masters, and the first of the five events will be kicked off in Neepawa on Wednesday, Feb. 19. That will be followed by shows in Morden, Winnipeg, Selkirk and Beausejour.

Also wrestling at the event in Neepawa will be the likes of Plumas wrestling star Bobby “The Rebel” Collins”.

On Jan. 23, 2009 inside a small Winnipeg community centre hall Canadian Wrestling's Elite was born with the vision to provide the hot wrestling town of Winnipeg a new alternative as well as give local
wrestling hopefuls an opportunity to live their dreams.

Five years later CWE has gone from being a small Winnipeg organization to performing in over 40 Canadian cities and towns across, Manitoba, Northwestern Ontario, and Saskatchewan, securing a weekly television show that airs across the country, dozens of former WWE television stars headlining its events, and countless Winnipeg wrestling hopefuls garnering opportunity on a international and worldwide stage.

Tickets to the event are available for $15 in advance at Mr. Ribs, or $18 at the door. Bell time at the Yellowhead Arena (in the convention area) is 7 p.m. with doors opening at 6:30 p.m.
