Plumas set for the King's Speech

Sarah Klatt came home on Wednesday, Jan. 23, after spending 10 days visiting with her daughter and son–in-law, Gail and Brian Kirkland, who live near London, Ont. Plumas Senior Citizens Club will be hosting a tea and bake sale on Wednesday, Feb. 13 at 3 p.m. There will be a rainbow auction, door prize draw and grocery hamper draw. Come on out and visit with your friends and neighbors over coffee or tea and support this worthy sale. Plumas’ next movie night is scheduled for Tuesday, Feb. 12 at 7:15 p.m. “The King’s Speech” will be shown. Silver collection goes toward the Seniors club. Next monthly meeting at the Plumas Seniors Club is scheduled for Feb. 20 at 2:30 p.m.
