Super league play continued in Brandon this week with Bill Schettler's Plumas-based rink competing in the Westoba Credit Union Masters Super League and the Neepawa-based rink skipped by Gerry Chudley competing in the Westman Super League of Curling. In the Masters league, Schettler saw his record fall to 1-3 on Oct. 17 after a 9-6 loss to Hamiota's Eric Rawlings and a 7-3 loss to Brandon's Keith Privat. In the Super League, Chudley's rink protected their undefeated record to remain as one of only three teams with a 2-0 record after last Wednesday. The Neepawa-based rink blew out Mark Anderson's Brandon-based rink 10-0 in a game that only lasted four ends. Chudley's rink score one point in the first end, two in the second, three in the third and four in the fourth en route to the win.
