22 members of the Legion Ladies Auxiliary attended the Sept. 11 monthly meeting.

Several items of correspondence and the usual committee reports were dealt with.

A discussion took place in regard to the membership fees.
It was decided they will remain $15 per year.

We have agreed to continue our participation in the Lily Festival next summer, as well as sponsoring a candidate in the 2013 Miss Lily Festival contest.
A donation will be made to the Alzheimer Society and the 80th anniversary of the Neepawa Ladies Legion Auxiliary will be commemorated this year.
There will be a District Fun Day in Rivers on Oct. 13. If you would like to take part, please contact Maureen Cox before Oct. 8.
The next district executive meeting is on Sept. 29 in Rivers. Please mark your calendar for the annual Remembrance Day Luncheon and Bake Sale taking place Nov. 8.
The Legion Banquet will be held on Nov. 10 this year.
Our next general meeting is set for Oct. 9.
