On Thursday, Sept. 6, 2012, at about 5:10 p.m., Neepawa RCMP received a report of a robbery on Hamilton Street in front of the Roxy Movie Theatre. A male subject, dressed in black, ran towards the victim who was walking with the aid of a walker. The culprit grabbed the elderly victim's purse resulting with her falling to the ground. The victim was unhurt. The culprit ran off with the victim's purse containing a small amount of cash and identification. Neepawa RCMP are asking the public's assistance in identifying the culprit responsible for this crime.
