Neepawa RCMP Investigate Complaint Of Uttering Threats

On Sept. 1 at about 10:30 p.m, Neepawa RCMP were dispatched to a complaint of a disturbance on a Greyhound Bus in the RM of Lansdowne. Investigation indicates that a Greyhound bus was west bound when a female passenger began threatening passengers after a verbal dispute. The driver immediately notified police, who met the bus in Neepawa and arrested the female passenger. A 32-year-old woman from The Pas, Man., is facing a number of charges, including Uttering Threats and Breach of Recognizance. She remains in custody. There were no injuries or weapons, and no other persons involved. No further information is available. Police continue to investigate.
