Neepawa's Halli Krzyzaniak has been named to Hockey Manitoba's U18 Program of Excellence final evaluation roster.
Krzyzaniak is one of 22 players making the roster in the U18 program. The athletes will continue to compete for a potential spot on the Team Manitoba roster being named in the fall.
The final evaluation session for the roster will be chosen following an exhibition series with the University of Manitoba Bisons women's hockey team September 14-16 in Winnipeg.
Team building and coaching of team systems and in-game philosophies will also take place during the final evaluation.
The final roster will be announced in late September, and athletes chosen will compete with Team Manitoba at the 2012 National U18 Women's Championships November 7-11 in Dawson Creek, BC.
Krzyzaniak last made headlines as a member of Team Canada that won the U18 Women's World Championships in Czech Republic January 7.
