It is with great sadness and heavy hearts that we announce the passing of our beloved husband, father, brother, grandfather, uncle and friend Gordon James Webb of Steep Rock, MB formerly of Birnie and Lynn Lake, MB, at the age of 68 years at the Lakeshore General Hospital in Ashern, MB.　

Gordon is survived by his wife Leslie and his children Rick (Brenda), Doug (Christine), Belinda (Ken), Roberta (Graham), Jacqueline (Lee) and Ryan (Lynley).　 He is also survived by his loving grandchildren and extended family members and friends.

Gordon was an active hunter and fisherman, especially enjoying his time at Vandercherkoff Lake.　 Besides reading, Gordon’s favourite pastime was gardening.　 Gordon had a great sense of humor and always enjoyed having a "snib" with his friends.

Cremation has taken place and a celebration of life will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, January 28, 2012 at White’s Funeral Home in Neepawa, MB with Rev Mark Satterly officiating.　 Service will conclude at the chapel in Neepawa.

The family would like to thank the staff at the Lakeshore General Hospital in Ashern for their care and compassion during his stay.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Liver Foundation of Manitoba or to the Children’s Make a Wish Foundation.
