Discussions surrounding the development of the former East View Lodge to ease Neepawa's housing crunch are getting down to business.

Councillor Wayne Hollier told Neepawa Town Council last week that while progress is slow, they are definitely on track.

"We are making serious progress, we just ask you all to remember that this is a $5.4 million project for our developers and these things don't happen overnight," Hollier said.
