The Gladstone Peewees had two games this week and came out with a split. In Minnedosa on June 7, they came out with a 13-3 win. Jesse Towers pitched a complete game and also led the team with a two-run homer.
On June 10, Gladstone hosted Hamiota and came out on the short end of a 10-7 defeat. Pitching was done by Kain Kramer, Troy Tonn and Darcy Buhler. Hitting was led by Kain Kramer who had two doubles. With the loss, it puts the team's record to 11-3.
Special congratulations to Danny Hall, Chayse Warkintin and Kain Kramer for making the Midwest Triple AAA Peewee baseball team. The team will be playing for the Provincial title in Brandon in July and hopefully for Nationals also held in Brandon in August. Good Luck Guys!
